Wake Tech Spring 2019

This is my first post. I noticed that there hasn't been a thread started for this application cycle. So, I wanted to start one for anyone else applying for next spring.

I am am taking my last three pre-reqs (microbiology, dev. psychology and english 112) this summer semester and am regretting the amount of work that so many classes during summer means. But, at least it is already halfway over.

I just took my teas and spoke to an advisor. As of right now I am at 108 points. The advisor said that the amount of points of people accepted for the upcoming fall semester was between 124 and 166.

So, if all goes the same and I pass all classes hopefully that means I'm in. 🤞

    Just looking at everyone's post. I am still waiting to hear anything back but my friend who lives in raleigh got her letter in the mail today! So we should all be finding out any day now!

    Congratulations to everybody who has been accepted so far! Does anybody know if they send letters of acceptance and rejection? Or do they only send letters out to those that have been accepted to the program. I am still waiting, but it was something that came to mind.

    Hey, I'm new to this and have questions. I applied to start in Jan. I have 161 pts but am taking 169. I got a letter today that I wasn't accepted, but that accepted and alternate list applicants had with pts from 177-128. Did anyone get info about the alternate list in their letter?

    I'm so confused by this, 161 is great!! Do you have your NA1?

    Yes! I can't figure it out. I went by the chart I was given at the informational meeting about point values and according to that, I have 161 with my teas. Not sure

    Wait wait... re-reading the form, I think I was going by the old values for a couple classes! Even still... anyone know anything about the alternate list? Was that in the original letters or is it separate?
