the wait is killing me

I have 2 years REHAB experience and on Thursday I interviewed at a hospital. I was with the director for an hour ago kept saying she thought I would be a good fit and then I met with the care manager for an hour who seemed to like me. The manager said she'll let HR know right away and I still haven't heard. IS that a bad sign in going crazy

They called me, you are hired. I'm just kidding, but in all seriousness, it could be a week until you hear back. Waiting is brutal, though.

It sounds like the interview went well.

I got the job

Congrats!

Lol, and you were going crazy.

I'm almost in an exact situation as you. I had an interview at my own hospital for DOU 2 Mondays ago (come this coming Monday, it'll be 2 weeks). I was interview in a small room/round table (the director's office) with the director, nurse educator, charge RN, and nurse manager and it was very welcoming as the director sort of knew me. To me, the interview went almost perfect. I was hitting every question on point with great examples from both my clinical and work in the hospital (I'm a lift tech/PT aide for 3 years at the hospital) and it lasted a little over an hour. There were really no faults I showed aside from totally mind blanking 1 of the clinical questions.

Anyhow, yes, the wait sucks and it is totally killing me...I hope I get it too.

Edit: Congrats!
