Hi im matt, i will be starting my 1st job very soon on a renal dialysis unit, my hours will be long days 7.30am-7.30pm 3 shifts mon - fri (not weekends) i realise i will not get payed for uncocial hours but could someone who maybe works similar shift please advice on how much i might expect to be payed monthly? thanks guys

'first job' equals first substantive band 5 point if it;s first job i nthe NHS as an RN

where - depends if the OP is in an area which attracts a HCAS supplement (london and some areas of the SE)
