Visa Screen

hello everyone

i have some questions and clarifications regarding visa screen application. this is my first time to apply, i used my cgfns online account and it took me to a 15 step process. the 12th process requires me to print,sign and mail certain documents and when i opened them, they showed 1. request for validation of license/registration/diploma 2. request for academic records/transcripts 3.Photo ID card. now i knew i had already submitted these documents way back when i applied for cgfns exam, certification program and ces. do i still need to submit them again?i am sure i submitted them because they were on my ordered status and its contents when i first started. i am quite confused about this. thank you.

    You can start Vsc application now, you don't need a license from NY just confirmation that you passed NCLEX and CGFNS should be able to use documents already received for any of their other services

    I still haven't receive any confirmation letter from NY. Do you happen to know how many weeks until I receive it? Thank you very much Silverdragon102!

    If you know you have passed NCLEX then complete Vsc application and submit to CGFNS. In their handbook there is a form for verification of pass in NCLEX or CGFNS exam. Send that to the appropriate address, include any fees required and they will complete and send the form back directly to CGFNS

    Please help. I am applying for a visa screen. When I sent the "Request For License/registration/diploma" form in the Philippine Regulatory Comission the pages of the forms have no signature of mine. I only signed on top of my name on the first page. It was late when I learned that I should sign on every pages of it. Will there be a problem? Or is it OK with CGFNS?.. One more question,. I am a Cali NCLEX passer. How do I request 'Proof of passing the NCLEX? How will I request California BON to send it to CGFNS? Is there a fee that I should pay to Cali BON? Thanks in advance
