Virginia license application

I am a UK trained nurse and I am trying to relocate to Virginia, I have passed the CGFNS exam and I now need to apply for a Virginia license so I can take the NCLEX exam. The form I have asks for Social Security Number or Virginia DMV Control Number ,since I do not live in the US I have neither. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated

You need to complete forms for foreign trained nurse, meet requirements. Regarding SSN you just leave it blank as you will not get one until in the US ( will take several years) and provide proof of a valid work visa
