So I have found out by a friend at the doctors office where I went to get test done, a nurse leaked out some of my results. What action do you recommend I should take. I have my next appointment on the 2nd of November.

He's a highly influential and important person in the inner circle of the President of the United States. This medical information will no doubt be used by the opposition to bring this great nation to its knees...

Without specifics such as define "leaked out" and "nurse" (most physicians don't employ nurses) it's impossible to advise

Clearly this issue can only be solved by catapulting jellybeans and gummy bears at the office building

One person making a report on a wrong doing is a victim but if you can get someone else to step forward and others you develop a voice.
Bringing change is always difficult and it is when facilities start terminating the violators of health information and identifiers change will come. The action of not doing anything creates a culture within that organization and is discriminatory which a violation of Federal Civil Rights Law.
