I have to vent a little tonight. I know one thing I do not like about home health is when ADON brings you a discharge to write up just as you are leaving. Knowing field people work many more hours than office people and do not get a check for paper work time. It really is irritating to say the least.

I always hated that when I was pay-per-visit. I feel your pain. If you don't have a way to bill for non-visit-related office stuff, either refuse to do it or ask for an hour of comp time or visit points, or whatever would make it worth it to you. At least insist on chocoloate, if nothing else.
Yeah it gets sticky. I turned in my four week notice tonight. I was not on call and had an MD appointment this morning; they assigned me a SoC, RoC, and 5 visits. Great company lol. I have 2 interviews this week so I am keeping my fingers crossed for a better job.

that's very generous of you, some of my former employers got NO notice, haha. maybe they'll try to keep you with so much time to think about it, with a raise of something.

I would not expect an offer of a raise or any change in their behavior. Doubt if you told them the truth, that it would make any impression on them. It might even be a conscious decision to treat you that way. I have run across this type of behavior in lots of work situations. It can be very obvious, especially when another employee is treated as if the red carpet appears under their feet whereever they step. Gets to be aggravating after awhile. Certainly your call to find something better. Good luck.
The ADON asked me yesterday to please not leave, to reconsider. I asked what the DON's response was. Only thing she wanted to know was how much notice I had given. Then I asked the ADON if the DON wanted me to stay and she said I don't know. You are right about one employee on the red carpet. The DON can not seem to see the truth about her. She is popping Percocets and Hydros. Her mood swings with the wind and rarely tells the truth. Privately, to myself, I nick named her Sybil. I never know if she is going to bite my head off or be nice lol. She was on call the other night and home at 8pm while I worked till 10:45. But she is the golden child as far as the DON is concerned. Oh well Karma can be a killer so I just sit back and wait.
