UTMB Spring 2018

Hello everyone! I plan on applying to UTMB for Spring 2018 entry and can't find a post on it, so I decided to make one! I am taking my TEAS end of April. I already have a degree from the University of Houston in Health Communication and minor in Nutrition. I am finishing my last two prerequisites (A&P2, Microbiology) right now at a community college. Anyone else looking to apply? Deadline is coming up next month, so I thought it would be awesome to get a group thread going! Would love to hear from others applying!

    UTMB SON BSN Class of Spring 2019 should be the official facebook page for the Spring class. Once officially offered acceptance you can submit a request to join and they will approve you.

    Yes it goes back and then you should receive a new username for my star and will have to call

    regarding the teas score, can we still take it after an application was sent? and then re-send the updated scores? Also, I've taken summer classes but the grades arent posted yet, so would i send my updated transcript to UTMB or NCAS?

    I am Accepted!!!

    I have not received an official email yet but I just checked MyStar portal and it says "Admitted". It probably updated this evening so I might receive the email tomorrow. I interviewed on the August 2nd.

    I am unsure about your TEAS retake and submittal question.

    UTMB can see updates to NursingCAS. However, once you have been accepted, your transcripts must be sent directly to UTMB. I sent updates for Spring 2017 courses completed to NursingCAS. UTMB did have the updates when my MyStar to do list changed (only my remaining prerequisites are listed).
