thanks jazzynurse2b. you don't stay too far from me. when did you finish your paperwork for pv? i'm surprised people are retaking the net because it's basic math and reading comprehension, but the more i think about it, i'm sure the stress of the importance of the results can be overwhelming. i read somewhere you can only take it twice. i guess that's a good way for the school to narrow the pool.

i think everyone here so far has applied for the utmb spring 2010 program, how bout you?

I am crossing my fingers I get into the accelerated program. I did talk with an admissions rep and she said that I my application is also applied to the regular BSN program. She also said, this is the first time that the accelerated and regular BSN programs are starting at the same time.

Hi everyone! Today's the day! I've applied to the Bacc2 program at UTMB and the regular program at UTHSC-H as my other option. However, I've ALWAYS wanted to go to UTMB, so I really hope they take me.

What do everyone's grades look like going in? My science GPA is 4.0 and prereqs are something like 3.5, but my overall GPA is only a 3.1. I really hope that they look at patterns with grades, as I was a complete loser in my early twenties and flunked out of UT. I came back and got a BA with almost straight A's, but it's almost impossible to bring up your GPA once you get past 200 credit hours.
