UTMB Spring 2010

Sammie, she just said they woud transfer the Bacc2 to Generic without having an interview, that they didn't have to go thru the process again.

Virginia I got accepted into PVAMU but was waiting on UTMB so if Idon't get this I will be there for sure.

the Sealy reaction if she don't get in?

1. Denial (what?..it can't be they don't want Ms Sealy.. no way!)

2. Anger (what?..how did SHE get in and I didn't!)

3. Depression (whoa is me...everyone was right...I shouldn't have tried)

4. Bargaining (call UTMB..if you let me in...I'll be an angel)

5. Acceptance..(Try again for Fall 2010 at UTMB. Will also try PVAMU and TWU Fall 2010

I think I am on step 5 for UTH and and step 1 for UTMB

Still nothing? How is that the WHOLE forum has yet to get an interview?! It does NOT make sense. Sorry for harping on it...but I'm getting a little p-oed

They prob gonna send those invitations out tomorrow afternoon, JUST before they leave so we don't flood them with calls!:w00t:

ok everyone called the SON and she said they did not send them out today and if they do tomorrow it will be late because of the first set of generic interviews, so everybody can stop checking their emails.

hmmm so basically we can count on NEXT week (UTMB time is always a few days or weeks behind) LOL!

how did none of us get interviews the first week? that also baffles me!! I know why I didn't...because of the classes issue they had with my transcript...not seeing 5 of my classes. But everyone else?! REALLY! Maybe this week was for Bacc2 people who got put in generics pool? I don't know...trying to stay somewhat optimistic. But I will officially quit checking my email. THANKS JAZZY NURSE!!!

Okay seriously these people are all over the place!

Before deciding to slump into major depression I called the SON to ask WTH I didn't get a Bacc2 interview.

(Just got off the phone less that 10min ago) She said that interviews are being held tomorrow and next Friday for BOTH Bacc2 and Generic on BOTH dates. and that if I'm selected for the interview next Friday we should hear from them Monday or Tuesday.

That made me feel much better. But crazy that we are getting so many different answers. I hope she's right. She said my app was good, oh and also that they are STILL looking over applications, haven't looked at all of them yet. That's just crazy.

Ugh I can't wait to hear something :smackingf
