So the labs we also attach and email along with that form, right?

How cool I had no idea we got that with being a student! :)

So we have to get titers done or that's only if your not up to date with immunizations ?

You have to get one for Hep B, but the rest I think you're okay as long as you have the documentation that you've received them.

Jen, what about the FLU vaccine? I have never taken it, so do I still need to take it prior to fall term or am I getting it once school starts?

It's not required, but it's recommended. I'd wait until August to get one for the new batch.

I only got the titers to see if I was immune because my parents didn't do a good job of keeping my shot record updated lol. I also turned out to be immune to HEP B so I don't have to get it again but they want the titers on it to be sure.

Anyone know how much titers cost?

I have United Healthcare and Bluecross blue shield and they covered it.

Where did you get the titers done at?

I received an email confirming that she received my papers this morning, so I'm sure you'll get one too :)

Was the confirmation an automated email response saying she got it and will get to it?

Or one saying she read it and acknowledges it?
