Is there any BSN program in the U.S., accelerated or traditional, that will accept an unofficial transcript for admission? I have all of my undergraduate official transcripts, but I took some graduate courses online and I still owe the school money because I withdrew from some courses and now they won't release my official transcript until I pay off the debt, which could take me three years, and I refuse to wait that long to attend school. If anyone has any thoughts or have had a similar experience, please share. I am desperate!!

I have never heard one of one that would.
Transcripts are not official if the envelope that they came in has ever been opened...some schools will allow you to hand deliver them, but the school that issued them usually puts them in an envelope with a seal over the flap that has a colored stamp.
With today's technology, anyone can alter anything.
That is why schools only take official transcripts.
Can anyone think of a school that would only require me to submit the undergraduate transcripts and not the graduate school transcripts? Thanks so much.

Nope. They will require all official transcripts prior to admission. I am so sorry. Perhaps you can get a loan and pay the school off, then pay back the loan more slowly.

you could ask them, but when you explain why you cant provide the others, how are you going to look to them?
how do you plan on paying for the BSN?
There is only one school that I am missing a transcript for and it is for financial reasons. What do you mean how would I look to them?
How are you going to pay them...that would be their first and prob. last thought
Forget I even asked. You are being very rude.
Schools do tend to band together when it comes to payment issues. They will see you not paying your bill to the other school as a huge indicator that you will not honor your bills to them, which will make you less desirable as a student in general. Since this (nursing school) is competitive, it really would be the most sensible thing to work out a payment plan with them, get a loan and pay it off or some such, prior to applying anywhere else.
not rude, just blunt.....you didnt get my point the first time, i felt it necessary to get a little more basic.....by the way, i started out at least somewhat on your side.....i dont see why an undergrad program would care about grad classes in another major.....but they will certainly care if you are going to not pay your bills
Ok. Just drop it.
