UIC Fall 2021 BSN Program

Since there’s slots with 10 people and some with 5, do you think we’ll only have around 5-6 minutes total for each person to speak? Also I saw something about creating a one-minute commercial of ourselves, did anyone else peep that during the mock interviews? Good luck to everyone!! ?

There will be 2 interviewers and for the 10 students im guessing we will be in breakout rooms 1 interviewer with 5 students and the other interviewer with the other 5 students in another breakout room 

How many questions do you guys think there's going to be? Since the interview is only good for 30 minutes and there are 5 students in each session. So, IDK how it will work.

We will be asked possibly 5 questions or less depending on each response and how long it will take for each person to respond

ohhh okay, that’s exactly what I thought. my interview is not till Thursday but it’s all I’ve been thinking about LOL for those who have their interview earlier in the week, would you mind sharing your experience, thank you!!

There isn't a writing portion considering it would be an extra 30 minutes which they don't have enough time to cover that

I feel like my group overall did pretty well. I expected to feel more nervous but surprisingly I wasn’t at all (well maybe a bit haha)

How did your interviews go?? It’s gonna suck waiting a whole month to find out whether we got in or not

I think I did okay. I hope my answers made sense. I really don't remember much because I was so stressed out. The interview is just a foggy memory. LOL It sucks that we have to wait a month. My friend had an interview the same week we had ours and she will find out this week if she gets in (it was for a different university and different program though). 

Has anyone heard back from any other school? I'm still waiting to hear back from Illinois State University, and University of Utah (expected to get denied from there due to a missing class). ?
