Stars I remember seeing a partial eclipse in college about 30 years ago
NJ22 glad the lunch went well
Ado glad that the storms seem to have missed you
Tweety hopefully the next shift is less tiring
Dianah hope you get the chance to play this year
Good day at work yesterday, somewhat busy but quiet towards the end. Had time to do the laundry a day early
Rest of the day was spent exercising and doing some packing, and finishing up the shopping list for this week. Also researched recipes for a potluck next week
Today will probably do a little more packing, although being only a 1 day trip I won't need to do much more.
Going to be a bit cooler today, should be in the upper 40s, will rain all day

Good morning.
Trying to motivate myself to do some chores as I'm behind since working yesterday. I got a new Persian spice blend and will try a lentil Persian spaghetti recipe.
The library is giving out paper glasses to watch the eclipse which will be about 65% here so I'm making plans to go and see it on the beach.
Have a great day.

Supposed to be in the 80's today and this evening there is a 75% chance of rain. Not sure what I am going to do today....or what I am NOT going to do.....I could go over to the bank and make a deposit, but I am not sure I even want to go out.
I have nothing to add to this, currently. Give me a little time, and maybe I'll find something to blather about.

At some point in the night there must have been some pretty good wind (there was a little thunder and lightning), because the maple trees attacked! 🙂 We don't even have a maple in our yard, but the entire yard, driveway, and all the cars were covered with the little whirlybird seeds.

Hey ho. Overcast in the hi 50s. It's supposed to rain. I dug up some plants to donate to the master gardener sale. It's our yearly fundraiser to raise money for supplies at our demo gardens. I dropped them off at the potting shed at the park. Other volunteers will divide and pot them up, then they get to sit in the greenhouse to get over transplant shock for a week or so. The sale is the Saturday before Mothers Day. I took the dogs for a good long walk. My feet are too sore to jog. I think I have tendinitis so will cut back for a few days. won't be able to see the eclipse from here. I saw the one in. 2017. It was pretty neat.
