how to take specialty courses

I was told that if i had an interest in specialtys that i could take classes and get certified in it. How do i find these courses????

Some of them are only available to RNs.

www.nursingworld.org is the ANA website. They offer lots of certifications. If you are in critical care consider ENA Homepage

or www.aacn.org. There are other organizations if you google the speciality.

What if you want to take a course in something your not in? I would love to stay up to date in other areas of nursing....how do i find those courses?

Many/most specialty certifications require that you have at least one year of experience in that specialty before you can take the certification exam.
