Hi All,

I have a few questions about following protocol and what to do when you observe protocol and/or rules being ignored/abused.

"Let's say you were on a shift and you observed a fellow nurse not following protocol, how would you approach the situation?"

"What would you do if your replacement nurse that is supposed to be coming on doesn't show up?"

I'm interested in your own scenarios like these or similar, and how you handled the situation?

I think if I saw all the nurses following protocol all the time I'd die of shock lmao
