Hi
Can someone tell me if you can use the version 5 study guide to study for the version 4 or 3 test??? I thought it was just a difference in editions not actual exams. Does anyone know?
Thanks

I would recommend using the guide that matches the version of the test being taken. From what I have been hearing, the test versions vary and the books only help you prepare for the versions that they were written.
Thanks PACO for the reply. I already ordered the V version. Hopefully when it comes in I can send it back. I thought everyone was doing version V now then when I went back to the TEAS testing site it sad I was scheduled for the 4 version. Aughhhh:uhoh3::uhoh3:
What other study guide do you recommend?

I went to the library at my college and checked out the TEAS study guide for version 4. I was able to keep it for a month and used it to study. I also purchased the practice tests on ATI's website, which gave me a whole other set of questions to study as well. It also gave me an idea of what to expect when taking my actual test. I also used the McGraw-Hill study guide (which I have and can e-mail you a copy if you send me your e-mail) a little, but honestly the majority of my study time was spent with the TEAS book. I also went to the TEAS test thread here on AN and wrote down all of the things people said to know and Googled them. That helped a lot too. There were some things just not covered in the study guide, but people on here suggested I study it so I did. There were several questions on tectonic plates and cloud formations in my test, which I wouldn't have studied if I hadn't read about them here first. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I heard they took the geology questions off of the version V test.. is this true?
Yes, there was nothing of geology on my TEAS V .. do brush up on your chemistry though, particularly balancing equations. I know I had 2 of those questions!
