Body temperature regulation while it is a problem with the elderly, it is still expected to be within normal ranges. Thermoregulation is harder to control and can go from one extreme to the other very quickly. Whatever the case that vital sign is definitely supposed to be within normal, anything outside of that would be an abnormal finding...

Medication used to treat A-Fibrillation are Digoxin, beta blocker, calcium antagonists such as verapamil, diltiazem etc which are given to slow the heart rate.

Warfarin is used to prevent stroke. INR should be checked, and between 2.0-3.0. I've seen Amiodorone used to tx a-fib. Need to check heart rate because meds used to tx a-fib can cause bradycardia.

osteoporosis is the most most common cause of hip fracture in the elderly because it appear to be a hereditary condition also caused by lifestyle ( example are immobilization and diet which is marked by excessive calcification in the bone.)
