The answer is 2 because a 15 years old pt in this scenario can give informed consent and consent of a minor is sufficient for these type of treatment for STD. Also Parents can give informed consent for treatment of a minor with three exceptions.firstly, during life threatening situation/emergency and when a court order or other legal authorization was made.
