Stony Brook Basic BSN Fall 2012

Hello everyone!

I applied to Stony Brook's Basic (2-year) BSN program 3 weeks a go and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

If you are:

currently applying or plan on applying, a former applicant, a current SBU student, I'd love to hear from you!

Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?

I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!

    ashe me too. I applied to the 1 year at SB and was waitlisted. Thats the only other program so in essence i have been waiting...since Jan oh mann its killing me. How are you holding up?

    i agree this site was soo helpful! i made a promise to myself that i am going to leave as much info abt myself and what i did for my application for the future nursing students who find this site and look thru it for info. Lord knows i was one of them. but i cant do it now cause i cant feel my face! ive been smileing so much and my hands are trembling as i write this!
