Starting BSN -DNP in fall

Hello everybody! My name is Samantha, I've been an RN since 2011. I'm looking for other students getting ready to start the DNP program this fall, looking to discuss programs and for support through this stressful time!

Not starting DNP, starting MSN first. Congratulations! What school are you going to and what's your track? When do you start?

You too! Unfortunately, I have to. I am planning to go part-time come clinicals though. You?

I will be working part time at least until clinical's. I may have to stop working towards the end though.

I'm already getting nervous!

Congrats to you! I have arranged my life to be able to only work a few days a month while I'm in the program.. I am contingent at both of my jobs so I will still have the option to pick up more work if I feel able.

MSN-ACNP University of South Carolina, I am fortunate enough to go per diem when school starts and pick up shifts when I need cash. We are always short staffed so it isn't a problem. I also have another job that's part-time.

I work in the MICU.
