I had a fourth grader come in to see me. I asked her what she needed and she began with
"Well, there was a squirrel on the playground at recess..."
Me: "That's all I need to hear" as I died laughing.
It's been a long week.

So....the squirrel, did it bite the kid or start talking to her?

Hey, squirrel observation is a long time pastime at any school, or anywhere else for that matter!

My dog gifted me half a squirrel tail a few days ago. Maybe it was the same one?
Apparently, the squirrel took off running because kids were throwing mulch at it and scratched the student's leg, barely. Just a dot. All parties involved were ok.
I just a picture of the squirrels and they were tiny baby squirrels and VERY friendly.

LMAO. I would of just done the same thing, and told them, "What did we learn? Not to bother the baby squirrels."
