Hi everyone. Tomorrow I register for my spring classes and I was wondering if I should take chemistry and a&p 2 at the same time. I was also going to take English 112 and statistics. I need eng 112, chem, and statistics to apply for the BSN program here in June. Any advice????

If you take all those classes in the same semester, make sure you have great teachers. I am in statistics and chem right now and it takes some work! A lot of math in both classes, but really if you have good teachers and devote the time, you should be alright. A&P II wasn't hard but required a lot of time dedicated to studying. I'm not sure about the English... is that like communications? That class requires a lot of writing (how much depends on the teacher) but again, if you get a good teacher it isn't bad. I think taking all at once is doable. Nursing school will be a lot tougher so I guess it's better to test yourself now!

Hum, are you taking the 4 classes together?
Let's us know what you decide to do...
Blessings~
I am sorry about that lol. I was going to take all four classes together. I love the teacher that I have right now for A&P 1
The english class is for communications. This part of English is writing about arguments.

If you have A LOT of time to do homework and study, then go for it! If you have to work and have kids, I wouldn't.
t! If you have to work and have kids, I wouldn't.
I have a son and currently taking full time courses while enrolled in a cna program Mon-Thursday. I don't have any free time though to have a personal life but I am trying to provide a better future for my son.

I don't think it would be too bad. But, is there any way you can take one of those classes during the winter mini-mester or in the summer?

Hi,
I am currently taking:
I'd say without a full time job, it is completely doable.
Wow, you guys are awesome!
I wish my old mind would work that way... HA!
Sound like you have a plan, and you will do great!
This encourages me on my own path for the future.
Best Wishes,

Okay since we already talking about next semester, here is my Schedule. Pharmacology, chemistry, statistic and pathophysiology. How is this? This are the only classes I need.
The only reason why I'm taking A&P 2 next semester instead of in the summer is because I would like for my transcript to stand out among other applicants (sorry for run on sentence). For the BSN program here someone can apply after taking chm, A&P 1, eng 111& 112, statistics and developmental psychology. But after you are accepted and before you start in the spring of the following year, you have to take intro to psych, sociology, microbiology, humanities, ethics, history, public speaking, and fine arts. Well I have taken all of those classes except for chm, A&P 2, micro, public speaking, and humanities.
