I'm pretty sure that would be up to the organization.

    And I'm somewhat shocked that they get $11 per hour specialty pay.  I've never worked anywhere that offered a bonus based on unit worked.

    I was shocked at the speciality pay rate too, but it is indeed $11 plus $5 for weekend and an additional $5 for 2nd and 3rd shift
