SPC Fall 2019

Hey, everyone! I've been looking for a thread about fall applications for SPC Nursing program, but nothing yet! It may be early, since the application period just started on March 1st, but here we go! I applied as soon as it opened , and I'm crossing my fingers until the July 1st. Anyone else applied or planning to do it soon? Let me know your thoughts and plans, we are all together in this one ? .

Thanks girl! I’m thinking of going to see Tammy tmrw morning. Did you make an appointment or just walked in? I know you can walk in but I’m hoping to see her personally ?

I have walked in every time.

but make sure you have all your questions ready because she won't want to see you again until after orientation.

so quick question? I got the vaccine part done but got the titers done so bloodwork was done. Do I have to wait for the results to upload the forms or should I upload the immunization record where it says that I got it done already?? can anyone answer this for me please ?

Wait until you get the results and then upload the results

I'm sure they're only interested in the results. And I think you've got until the 14th(?) to turn them in. I understand wanting to turn it in early and then again when the results come in I'm sure it couldn't hurt. But probably not necessary.

Drug test and background check are the only things due on the 14th right?

Yes, it takes few days for the results, but do it as soon as you can, if you haven’t already ?. They want to see that we are working on all of it before the orientation.

I got my drug test/background test results already and do my fingerprints tomorrow!! Thank you! I was just making sure I have more time to do the vaccines/physical. ☺️

Thank you all for being so helpful!!!

Fingerprints results take the longest as far as I know, so good thing you will do it sooner better than later! I’m doing CPR/BLS class on Saturday and then physical and titers next week. So hopefully I’ll be good by the orientation ? It seems like a lot, but I don’t really find any of these things difficult. Just excited to start lol!!!!
