So I am trying to get everything taken care of before classes start. I was told I need to get white or black leather shoes. I can't wear my Dansko clogs...BOO! I love those.
Can you recommend your shoes? I have some back issues.

I bought these: Dove - Black - Nurse Mates Womens. Our requirements were "dark," closed heel/toe, and no Crocs.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Merrells. I've worn them exclusively through a year of med-surg and 3 years of ED and they're great shoes, though some of them aren't the most attractive.

I bought a pair of solid white Nike Cortez. They are leather and approved by my nursing program. I'm a guy but I think they are made in women's sizes too. They are very comfortable and not hideous like most nursing shoes I have found

I purchased a pair of Nike Muzios. They are mostly white with a silver Nike swoosh (accepted by my nursing program). They are super comfortable....as are Nike Air Max Limitless & most Nike sneakers.

Thanks! I checked to see if they make women's shoes and I didn't see any.
I'll check those out. All I know is that they have to be completely white or black. Our scrubs are grey top and navy bottoms, so I thought white would look better.

Try Alegria my mom swear by them and she is a nurse...I just have some nurse mates all white to hold me down until I finish next year! They are fairly comfy but I'd prefer shoes that grip around my ankle like lace up gym shoes otherwise my nurse mates do the job!
