Selection for Fit assessment

I applied for my first job and got an email response asking me to complete a selection for fit assessment. I got too many little people aka my kids home to fill this out right this minute. Plus I want to make sure I do a little research first. Anyone know what a selection for fit assessment is?

The only fit test I have ever done was for an N95 mask.

Thanks, for trying :). It's an online tests so thinking it's a skills assessment, but not 100% sure. Going to take it tonight regardless of whether I figure out any info on it.

A lot of organizations will use online testing to assess your nursing knowledge and skills. They are usually times and/or do not allow for saving it in progress, so wait until you can sit at the computer undisturbed before you take it.

I think it might be a basic personality test to see how well your values and personality FIT into the culture of the organization.

theres no studying, no prep, just answer as honestly as you can.

just don't wait too long, or the opportunity may be gone.

Well going to update this in case anyone does a search for info on this it might be helpful to them. Well, it was a personality type test, but it also included a timed deductive reasoning test. The .. there are six people Joe, Sue, etc, etc if Joe is not 1st or last and Susan is third or fourth, etc etc then which statement is true type of questions. I did awful I think on it, but not sure. I'm really good at math, but not these type of questions. So, apparently some organizations are using this. It's kind of annoying because if I had a week or so to practice these type of questions I would have done remarkably better because I used to be okay at these questions when I was younger.

Ah, yes, I had some of those in my application time. HATE those!!
