Schools in the Boston area

Published

I am planning on moving back to Mass after I graduate from my ADN program and was wondering if some of you could inform me of some good schools to obtain my BSN. I have been doing some research but there are just so many schools in Ma. that it is overwhelming. What are some of the schools that have good reputations in nursing? Thanks!

Framingham State

UMass

my brother went to umass amherst for his undergrad so I looked it up and it seems ridiculously difficult to transfer in there. a lot of testing and bs. I will look back into it though. I've never heard of the other school. thanks!

I went to UMASS Amherst for nursing and it is a good program. But I think at the present time they are not accepting transfer students. Not sure if it will stay that way after you finish your ADN though. I'm sure most schools (not just UMASS) have a lot of difficulty getting transfer students in with testing and a lot of stuff. Other schools you could probably look into include UMASS Boston, MCPHS, Boston College or Northeastern University. Hope this helps. :)
