Hi everyone! First time poster here. I'm set on buying Saunders vs. Nursing Made Incredibly Easy for my NCLEX review. I've gone through a couple of the posts regarding what you need in order to review and the vast majority of you used the Comprehensive Review (2007 edition with sky blue cover) along with the latest edition of the Q&A (now the 4th ed., Dec 2008).
Do I need this "package" in order to get maximum results or will the Q&A review do?
I'm sorry if this question has been posted before. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

Most people go with the Comprehensive Review. If you can afford both, then get the Q&A book also. Up to you.

I used Saunder's comprehensive review and I also bought a deck of flashcards of questions (I think they were Mosby's). I loved having the flashcards for studying on the go. I always had a stack of them in my purse so I could do a few questions while waiting in line, in the car (with someone else driving, of course!), on my break at work, etc.
I'm taking the NCLEX next year. The Comprehensive review will then be 3 years older. Does that matter? I understand that people are passing with the help of the review, but I'm still uneasy about the fact that it'll be 3 years older. Or should I just go for the Q&A review?
kmarie - Thanks for the suggestion. I was never much of a flashcard studier, but I'll look into that.
I hate to be a pain in the butt by bumping this post but I would really appreciate your suggestions as I plan on buying the materials tonight.

I used the saunders comprehensive review book only, no supplements or extras. I recommend it to everybody that asks. That's all I needed, personally. It depends on how much extra review you think you need to pass, and how much studying you think you'll have time for.

Thanks! Considering my situation, I think I'll go for both. With all the rave reviews the Comprehensive Review Book's been getting, it's hard to ignore it. I'll buy the Q&A to satisfy my need for "up-to-date" material.
Thanks everyone =)
