I hate to be a pain in the butt by bumping this post but I would really appreciate your suggestions as I plan on buying the materials tonight.

I'm taking the NCLEX next year. The Comprehensive review will then be 3 years older. Does that matter? I understand that people are passing with the help of the review, but I'm still uneasy about the fact that it'll be 3 years older. Or should I just go for the Q&A review? kmarie - Thanks for the suggestion. I was never much of a flashcard studier, but I'll look into that.

Hi everyone! First time poster here. I'm set on buying Saunders vs. Nursing Made Incredibly Easy for my NCLEX review. I've gone through a couple of the posts regarding what you need in order to review and the vast majority of you used the Comprehensive Review (2007 edition with sky blue cover) along with the latest edition of the Q&A (now the 4th ed., Dec 2008). Do I need this "package" in order to get maximum results or will the Q&A review do? I'm sorry if this question has been posted before. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
