Saunders for NCLEX

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the Saunders review books. I have heard great things about them, but I was wondering if anyone here has used them with success.

Thanks

I thought it was a great review with good content but the questions on the nclex seemed a little more vague then those questions(if that makes sense. I do think its a great review though. I did about 100-200 questions a day and passed yesterday at 87 questions(LPN) Good luck!!

My school recommended Saunders and it was the only book I used to study.

Great chapter reviews and tons of practice questions that were very similar to the actual test.

I passed with 75 questions.

Good luck!

I will be taking test tomorrow, also using saunder's comprehensive for my review.

Hey Jenn,

I dont know of anyone on this site that has used Suzannes plan and failed. This is why I am using it for my 2nd time testing. Personally, when I was doing clinicals one of the nurses told me she took her NCLEX 5 times before she passed. She said she took Kaplan twice. On her last attempt, she used only the Saunders book and CD and passed on her 6th attempt. So between this sites testimonials and hers,I thought I had better stick to Saunders. LOL. Luckily for me, Suzanne has the master plan (lol) and it was enuf for me to use it. Will be re-testing before the holidays or when Im done w/ Saunders CD and info she sent me...which ever comes 1st. Either way, Im going in there confident. Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, my school recommended it too.
