Makes no difference with the mode, you are going to be getting all of the questions on the CD in one form or another.

I know for a fact that the saunders 4th edition cd question HAS repeat questions. Actually there are many repeat question.
I gone through the saunders question starting from question 1 through 4214, so this is how i know there are repeat questions.

I find this annoying because it wastes my time and wish there was a way not to have them repeat.

Besides Saunders what books do yall recommend to study by. Do you know of any book that consist of priority questions (difficult). It seems to me thats is what I see a lot of. Any ideas ?

you have to seek Suzanne's assistance to approach Saunder's book properly. she can give you tips. Check her sticky tread.

I did Saunders and the CD but I stopped doing the quiz mode when I went into study mode for the NCLEX. Select study mode and then content and then go subject by subject and you will be sure to get to every one of those questions. :)

if you want to be systematic on answering saunders cd practice questions,i think it'll be best to use the study mode and go over all the question on each subject...i actually did that just to make sure i wont miss anything.
honestly, quiz mode is a waste of time. If anything do the test mode and really look at the analysis.
I looked at the analysis and I concentrated on my weak area's. This really help me alot.
If you think about it and do test mode. To answer 100 question will take you about 1.5-2 hours, then it will take you 1.5-2 hours reviewing the rationals. so in order to do 100 test questions in exam mode you will use up 3-4 hours of your time. This is a serious waste of time.
I would suggest just go to study mode select all the categories and do the questions from 1-4214.
I did about 250-350 questions per day.
