Safe products to use

Ladies. I miss wearing makeup and moisturizer.  I'm avoiding all products with alcohol of any type to avoid a false positive test. What can I use? Also, I need to get my teeth cleaned. Do dentists have polish etc with no alcohol?

Coconut oil is an amazing lotion, and I make my own whipped Shea butter.

Bare minerals is alcohol free, I believe.

Facial products are not going to cause urine ETG to be positive to that degree.  Everything in daily life has a small amount of alcohol in it.  Even ripe bananas and other fruits have a decent amount of alcohol in them.  This is not enough to trigger a positive urine ETG/ETS test for alcohol.  And I have gone to the dentist before and got selected to test the day after - no problem.

And as for Peth tests which are more common now - peth is only positive when ingesting alcohol, not for topical purposes.

I have just read a lot about false positive tests.  I don't want a single one. I don't know if they add peth tests onto my tests

Yep, me neither, but it doesn't take much to stay clear of them I found (tried).  I've been in monitoring for 2 years now with a very low cutoff ETG of 100ng and ETS of 25ng, and Peth below 20ng.  I have drank 3 O'doul beers (0.5% alcohol) and got tested the next morning, negative.  I use alcohol-based gel hand sanitizer everyday as well, along with alcohol-based hair gel and hairspray daily.

I'm not sure how all these false positive tests occur that we all read about - it's not that easy to get unless you are really drinking alcohol.

Thank you. I definitely don't want to have time added, lose my job or get sent to rehab for something I didn't do. I'll still play it safe but may use moisturizer and make up. My plan is to finish my monitoring agreement on time and move on with my life.

oh my goodness!  I was a freak about incidental exposure when I was in monitoring!  TPAPN had a book on their website that told you products not to use.  Look for it online, it will give you some guidance.
