RUE education

Published

Did any of you get your RN thru RUE education? I got an application for it, want to sign up but would like to check it out more. I'm an LPN, don't have time to attend more classes and this RUE thing looks feasible.

Thanks.:innerconf

Specializes in Med-Surg.

I think the concensus is you can bypass Rue and deal with the schools directly yourself.

I'll move your post to the distance learning forum where other people might be able to advise you.

Good luck.

There are a number of older threads here about people's experiences, both positive and negative, with RUE. It would be well worth your time to do a search and read through them.

Please research and think carefully about your decision before signing up with them, because you will be signing a legally binding contract that you won't be able to get out of later if you change your mind.

Specializes in ICU, PICC Nurse, Nursing Supervisor.

rue is a publishing company not a college.

Forget them, go through Excelsior College yourself. Search through these threads and you'll see that they aren't necessary.

To think, they almost got me, spent almost ten bucks sending them faxed copy's of my info. I was out of town, they said I needed to send it to the right away if I wanted to lock in the discounted price. It's a good thing that last page didn't go through.:redpinkhe
