What do you think of this agency? Did you signed up with them? Are you happy with them? I am considering them, so any info from your part will be appreciated.

There is nothing that can be done in terms of getting a visa for you at this time, you are looking at five years plus from now.
I suggest that you take the time to do some research before signing with agency at this time, there are many issues with retrogression and many of them are hoping that you will sign with them and then later cancel your contract as that is where they are going to make money. Since there are no visas, then there is no placement and no money that any of these agencies are making.
No matter what any agency promises, they can not get things done any quicker for you. They do not issue visas, only the US government does. And if you are actually from India, with a birth certificate from there, be very aware that you in for a longer wait than the five years for a chance at a green card for the US.
Suzanne,
I dont have problems with visa as i have my green card. I am looking for an employer who hires me.

If you have GC then it is just a case of approaching hospitals for work. Much better to go direct than with an agency
That is my thought as well; they cannot do anything more than you can do. Especially if you do not need to be petitioned for a visa. All any agency does is contact facilities, just as you would do.
And if a facility is not hiring, then the agency cannot get you in to the place. Hospitals do not want to pay the fees of about $10,000 to the agency if they do not need to do be doing so.

Hi Suzane,
I am on H4 & a medical doctor, & doing my RN program from MAPS St Petersburg Russia, as soon as I finish the program I am thinking of hiring agency to get the employer & paper work done for GC that is I-140 & so on.
So the main question is
1)-Will be OK to hire a agency like this RN India, or do it by my self finding an employer & getting adjustment of status from H4 to GC/EAD ?
2)-Does this Visa retrogression applies to me when I am already in the country on H4 ?
Thx in Advance

Yes retrogression will affect you, makes no difference that you are in the US already on a H4 there are no visas to AOS and current processing times if from India is 2001. Going to an agency will not make it any easier or quicker
Hi Suz
I am on H4 am planning to get adjustment of status to EAD where my employer will file for I-140, so that it can be processed to GC.
Is it possible to get this done.
Thx In advance

Suzanne doesn't really post much on the boards anymore.
On what basis are you going to et EAD on H4? Even if you find a employer willing to file I140 you will not get permission to work as currently you can not AOS unless you meet EB2 or EB1 category and most nurse employers only file EB3
