I have a question Q) Do I need to have a CGFNS account made before I request IELTS to send my TRF? I have just completed my nursing program, my Transcript is yet to be made, but I have passed IELTS with Speaking=8 & Overall=7.5 So Pls help what shall I do next to get CES from CGFNS. Hi Suzane, I am on H4 & a medical doctor, & doing my RN program from MAPS St Petersburg Russia, as soon as I finish the program I am thinking of hiring agency to get the employer & paper work done for GC that is I-140 & so on. So the main question is 1)-Will be OK to hire a agency like this RN India, or do it by my self finding an employer & getting adjustment of status from H4 to GC/EAD ? 2)-Does this Visa retrogression applies to me when I am already in the country on H4 ?
