Generally considered a new grad for the 1st year, then novice nurse after then proficient nurse then experienced then expert.

A nurse with less than 1 year experience in most places with new grad residencys are still eligible to apply

I was considered a new grad still when I applied for a residency after working in LTC rehab for 10 months. It was great, I had almost a year experience when I started a specialty residency.

Do you also know if you worked for a year and if you want to apply to another job, in you resume do you still include your nursing school clinical information meanwhile have your current work experience information?

If it was something specifically applicable to the job you're applying for--e.g. you want a coveted NICU position and you did your final internship in the NICU--sure. If it's what every nursing student does--e.g. three semesters worth of med-surg clinicals--I wouldn't bother.
