Vanderbilt and Centennial pay pretty good. Centennial is part of HCA, Vanderbilt is obviously the teaching facility. Pay can vary based on speciality, but with 13 yrs, expect around $27-29/hr.
Good Schools/areas are Brentwood and Franklin mostly. If you don't mind a 30min drive, Murfreesboro is a smaller town, with good schools in the Blackman district.
I have an interview tomorrow at centennial. I'm excited!

Hi Tennessee Nurses,
I am also looking to relocate to the state of Tenn from Florida, but I am a new grad nurse. I have my Bachelors in Health Science and Associate degree in nursing with Florida RN license. I am in the process completing my BSN online and would love to live there for a couple of years. Any thoughts or suggestions of which hospital that I can apply to that may hire a new grad nurse who is willing to give 110 percent to the facility, staff, and more importantly, our patients. Thank you!!!
