You can use the Son of Landmarks Citation Machine which is a free online formatting service for bibliographies. I used this online formatter for my papers when I was in college a few years ago and it saved so much time formatting the reference section of my papers. The professor who developed this program is constantly updating it.

  • http://www.citationmachine.net/ - click on "Version 5.0" on its menu bar, then click on "APA", under Digital Sources click on the appropriate resource you used, fill in the information in the boxes that come up. The appropriate APA styling will be formatted for you from the information you provide. All you need to do is "select", copy and paste the completed reference to your paper.

There's also http://www.noodletools.com. Many colleges have a subscription for their students, so no cost to you to use if your school participates. Check with your school library to find out. Noodlebib is easy to use and offers many options.

Also, for an online version of an operating manual, I would apply the format on "Nonperiodical documents on the internet" in APA 5. According to these rules, your citation looks good to me.
