quick question on KAPLAN

Can you check rationals on Diagnostic test? I am trying to look for it but can't find it. I got 58% :(

Starting Q-trainers tomorrow.

I read somewhere on this website that some Kaplan instructors say to get at least a 55% or better. Some days 60% or better.

is this trainer u talking about for lvn's or rn's? if for lvn's then r u talking about qbank or something else?

i was never able to see my rationales for the diagnostic test. not sure why but keep going! i got a 58% on mine as well. i am taking the nclex tomorrow and after doing all the QT bank and completing the trainers i ended up with a 69% on QT 7! dont get discouraged... trust me i felt the exact same way. i got a 48 on QT 3 and felt like a failure. as you go just read the rationales and understand why you missed the question. a lot of the times i would miss questions because i read it wrong or read it too fast! good luck!!

Oh ok. Good Luck on your exam tomorrow. I hope you pass by flying color. My prayers are with you.

No its the diagnostic test before you even start Qts or Qbank.

I guess, Kaplan Review Centers have the copy. I went to the review center when I was about to review my rn readiness test and they handed me the booklet for rationales. I cannot remember if the rationales for diagnostic was included though :p

oh ok. Thanks so I guess I cant view the Rationals for Diagnostic test. That sucks.

Please, do not get discouraged with those scores. 50's are still good. Read all rationales- wrong and right ones. Understand WHY you're getting them wrong and HOW to answer those types of questions right the next time. [Need to review content? Reading too fast? (Which is a mistake many, including myself make and miss easy questions)]

When do you take the readiness exam in kaplan? Before you start Qbank or after youre done with everything?

The readiness. I did it when i completed 50% of my qbank. then I did it again after my qbank are all completed. I got a 64% the first time which is 95.2% of passing the first time on their scale.

nice. How many questions are in readiness exam?
