For me, the best quality is not to take yourself too seriously.

Caring, compassion, and critical thinking.

Strength of character. The ability to take a stand for what is right not what is easy or what the dr. or admin. wants to hear.

Be a strong patient advocate.

A good sense of humor.

And a lot of us put everyone's needs in front of our own. I wish we could all show the compassion and caring we show our pt.s to ourselves.
