PSY 1110 Stats

ok - officially depressed. Think I understand and then get grades back - and I don't. Don't think I am going to pass this class. I spend HOURS studying - just do not get it.

I'm so sorry. I struggled so hard in this class myself and somehow managed to get a C+ and I was happy about that. But there was a point where I thought I was going to fail it too, and strongly considered dropping out even if I would lose $$. After the 3rd week it seemed to get a bit easier. I could have never done it if I had to do a 5 week course, is that what you're taking?

I thought the last 5 modules were easier than the first 5. I got a better grade on the final exam than the mid-term exam. You can do it!!

How bad is this class? I'm trying to figure out what to do. I really don't want to take it with another class, but I'm having trouble figuring out what to do for spring semester. If I do this on it's own, it leaves me only being able to to 1 class for the rest too, since I've taken the others that are paired. Problem is it doesn't put me at full time, and will screw up my financial aid. It probably really needs to be taken alone right? I SUCK at math.

It is doable with another class. Dr. Karadogan is AWESOME!!!! She has videos of her lectures which are super helpful. Not a bad class at all. You can tell she really cares about her student's success. The two proctored exams are open book and open notes. I think you would be just fine!!! I'm taking this class with Community and I am doing very well in both! You can do it!!!

I'm taking it with Excellence. Hasn't been an issue with finding time for both classes and I work fulltime.

I hope for all of you still needing family that some big changes will occur with the class. None of us were happy with what happened. Hopefully those issues have been addressed.

Officially finished with stats!! Took my final last night - now I just pray to have pulled a good enough grade to hold onto an A-
