Haha that’s exactly how I feel. It’s a good hospital so I know it is a good experience, but I’m passionate about maternal newborn! Can I ask what hospital? I have been struggling to find other hospitals offering those units.

Agree! I know St. Joe would be an amazing hospital to grow my experience and knowledge but my heart feels strongly for L&D. It is at Loma Linda Children's ? wonderful hospital as well! 

Does anyone know what the new grad base pay is?

I interviewed for Tarzana on 11/2/22 and got a follow up email later that week going over the details of the TIP program but no official offer. There were 91 others attached so I think it was just a mass email to all that interviewed. Haven’t heard back since 

I interviewed for St. Johns and Tarzana. Haven’t heard from St Johns but the interview went well. Tarzana interview was ehhh but not terrible. Tarzana sent out a mass email detailing the TIP program there. Anyone hear back from either of those two?

I interviewed for Tarzana on 11/2 as well and also received that email that Friday. I think everyone that interviewed did. But still havent heard back. There are people that also applied in my nursing program who got offers last week with Tarzana so Im hoping more go out this coming week. 

I'm in that same position! Do you mind if I ask which units you chose for your top preferences at Tarzana? I'm thinking they might be offering positions based on unit/department.

I chose tele, DOU, and Med Surg 

I put L and D, Peds and ED as my top 3. Im not sure how they're doing offers but some of the people in my class that got offers were for these units: L and D, Peds, DOU, ED, CVICU, CVU.

So Im not sure if they're done making them but hopefully not. 

I received an offer from St John’s last Friday, but not the official offer letter! Has anyone received their official offer letters yet?

congrats @madsun21! not st. john’s, but I received an email to discuss an offer last Thursday for mission and am waiting for an official offer still.
