which state offers cheap application fee for NCLEX writer?
Try Nebraska state, the fee varies for the month that you apply but the highest will $77. And they will issue you a hard copy license the reason why I am saying that is that Not all the State will issue a license untill you have a Social Security Number in U.S. So when you applying make sure that they don'trequire a SSN before you apply.

As for me it is not about the money but the opportunity to advance in my career. I make more in canada than is U.S but I am in U.S just because of the career advancement.

Suzanne the best
I know, she is surely an angel, you can even ask the most ridiculous questions and she will have an answer to it. Beacuse instead of me E mailing to the CGFNS and wait for several days to get an answer I know that I can depend on suzanne within couple of hours for my answer. May God richly bless Suzanne and her family

I need some help!
What I know is that when your orientation period finish and you need more time your NM should be able to give you more time until you feel comfortable to be your own. But first of all you should talk with the manager about your past experience so that see can understand what your background first.

New in Texas!!! HELP
Why Don't You Apply Through Nebraska, I Think It Is Very Easy For Foreign Nurses To Apply Cause There Is A Minimal Requirement, All You Need Is Your School To Send Them Your Transcript. Then You Will Apply With Your Recent Pictures And You Are Done.

All I Can Say Is To Study Your Lab Values, And The Medications Even Though You Haven't Heard It Before Try To Make Sense Of It. I Did My Oon The 14 June For The Third Time And I Have Passed. Study Your Note Book Well. I Don't Think You Will Have A Problem Because You Are New Grad. AS For ME, I Graduated In 2003 So It Was Hard For Me Because I Have To Think As A New Grad And It Was Hard For Me. Good Luck

Blow out at the desk, who was at fault? both share blame I think?
I think, letting your patient wait for 4hrs without seeing him or her is not fair. But But I understand maybe she had a heavy patients, the Nurse in Charge should have known better to assign a reasonable amount of pts. to a new RN and also within the fisrt Two hours Nurse In Charge should go around to ask the Nurses how they are doing with their assignment and also to get a brief report on each pts.If she would have done that within that Two hrs she would known that one pt is being leftout. The Nurse also should have known that receiving blood is a First priority on the list.It is part of the ABC's. Both of you guys share a responsiblites and you both fail. So learn from your mistakes don't blame anyone.
