I would recommend Uworld as well! My school made us get Kaplan, but I didn't like the rationale from Kaplan. Uworld rationale is so much more detailed. I used Hurst, but since you're tight on money you can go without it. It was good, but didn't really help me as much as Uworld. Since you have the Saunders book, if you come across a topic you need brushing up on while doing Uworld, that book will help. Good Luck!

That feeling is totally normal! That was how I was feeling when I finished my test with 75 questions as well and I passed!

I completely understand how you are feeling. I used Uworld too and took my test this past Thursday, had 75 question as well. I was in total disbelief that I finished the test in 2 hours and was fully convinced I failed. Woke up this morning and checked my state's BON website and saw my name and license number! Think positive! :)

Being on the 88th percentile is really good! I took my NCLEX this past Thursday and passed with 75 questions. I was on the 68th percentile. Like what other have said, focus on understanding the concepts. Maybe you can redo your missed questions for more practice?
