  1. just hang on in there. if a position is vacated you'll have the edge over other applicants. your training is still an experience. it may not give a boost to your resume as a work experience but it will definitely give you a boost on your skills.
  2. Thanks for the reply Camz. I am indeed currently a volunteer in the dialysis center of a tertiary hospital at our place. So hope your interview went well. Goodluck:nurse:
  3. hi there! Just wanna ask if global care accepts nurses without experience. thanks

Hello simpleRN From what I've heard, you will not be certain of the exact place nor hospital where you will be assigned until you get there. A friend of mine who's been there before says that it's hard work but you'll gain experience well. One thing that's not appreciated though is the limited time you are allowed to shop or much less just go to places. 3 hours is the most that they can give you. Can you please pm the list requirements and can you give a clue as to how they conduct the interview? Thanks
  6. yeah>> i realized that when i posted the message. guess i'm just to eager to make a post hahaha thanks
  7. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Hi aljin I'm also planning to apply thru poea. Would you happen to know what's the salary range that was offered to your friend? Thanks

I haven't heard or read of any law that requires us new grads to have 2 years experience before working abroad. I think it's a proposal that haven't earned yet the approval of the lawmakers. As a matter of fact, POEA accepts new grad applicants for job postings in Saudi. It all boils down as to whether the employer will find your application suitable to their requirements. Happy holidays!

Wow! Thanks pisceanbabe74 for the very informative post above. It would surely help me as a new grad nurse in anticipating what's in for me in KSA. Am I correct to assume that you are still in Saudi? What hospital are you affiliated with? May I just know how much more or less do nurses get for a pay, both for non-experienced and experienced nurses. Thanks.
  11. hello icemonster i am also a 2nd courser and just mailed my application to ca bon. may i just know if you have previously submitted a photocopy of your diploma. it is indicated in the application that a diploma may be provided if a license is not available. and it's what i did. now i am worried because i haven't enclosed a letter explaining why i have no licence yet. also, our school reg did not provide the above mentioned forms for abridged or accelerated courses. thanks
