How to use the Saunders CD-ROM?
Yes, the questions from the quiz, test and study sections are all the same. When you go into the study section, all the questions on the topic you select will be given in the same order. When you go into the exam/quiz, you are given a random order, but the same questions you will see in the study guide portion if you complete all the questions given. It's a good comprehensive review. I personally liked the study guide section because you will be given all the questions on that particular topic you select, and you receive instant feedback. Good luck studying, it was the only comprehensive nclex-rn book i studied from and i passed.

Saunders vs Kaplan
I didn't take a refresher course for the NCLEX-RN, but I found Saunders comprehensive review for NCLEX-RN computer cd very helpful. The study guide portion of the cd reviews a ton of content information. I also read Kaplan's NCLEX-RN exam taking tips book. It made it easier for me to pick out the correct answers on the nclex. I had lots of priority assessment questions so review that. Anyways, 75 questions and headache later i'm an RN. Good luck to you all.

Just took the nyclex-rn
First congrats to making it this far. The closest I can get is to tell you that my sister-n-law took the NCLEX-RN last wednesday with me and she passed with 86 questions, and I with 75. We both thought we failed and were very discouraged afterwards, and that seems to be the going feeling with all RN's who I work with. Wednesday seems far away when you're waiting, but I wish you the best of luck. Keep positive, it all works out. Congrats again.

nclex rn exam today .. O MI GOSH!
To make you feel better, this sounds exactly like my nclex experience. To make it even better, after all the worrying I found out I passed on 9/29. So think positive, there's nothing you can do about it now. Priority questions are a good thing. Wish you the best of luck. ShelbyRN
