Hi there I felt exactly as you did,the test shut off at 75,i started to panic.Was convinced i failed,told everyone i failed and cried the whole day!!! Got my unofficial results last week and i PASSED. Im sure you did too,hang in there and keep on praying;) Let us know the official results...gud luck

Hi there I would have to say SAUNDERS COMP REVIEW,the book and cd is great,indepth and also easy to understand. I took my nclex rn last week and passed with 75 questions.I also used the book PRIORITIZATION,DELEGATION AND ASSIGNMENT...helped with the questions in the nclex exam. Best of luck!

Had my exam today,stopped at 75...when i saw the blue screen i went numb. My belief was that as long as it kept going i was still in the game,was so dissapointed when it stopped cos im sure i failed.I know most want only 75 questions but you must be really smart to pass with that amount.I unfortunately am not.

Hi guys took the nclex-rn this morning,it stopped at 75.Walked out of there dissapointed,wanted to cry.Im sure i failed,every answer looked right. Had no calculations or herbs,about 2 meds,select all that apply,who would i see first and what would i do next or first.Had some paeds,cardio,gynae,psych and gastrointestinal. Im trying not to stress but its impossible.Will let you know the outcome,im praying that i pass. Good luck to all of you who are preparing for the exam

Hi AMY Taking my exam in the first week of May.Have been doing the book for about 3wks as well.Also using Suzannes first tip..Will start the cd when i finish thebook,dont know when that will be..lol,just never ends Have also read the Kaplan book for test taking strategies,very helpful. Lets Stay positive and hope we become rn's soon.

Hey there What a co-incidence,im on the same chapter.Cant wait to finish this book,stressing me out big time. We'll just have to get through it and pray for a miracle. Im also going to do the Saunders Q&A REVIEW,theres some questions in it that the comprehensive book doesnt have.....just hope i can get to it in time. Good Luck,my prayers are with you. I know what you going through,taking my exam in a couple of weeks. So much to study but hang in there.We cant give up now,beter to try and fail than fail to try. Using Saunders Comp review,whatever i find difficult,i write it down and read it daily....with certain diseases there are specific signs and symptons and im focusing on that.Lab values need to be memorised.Im trying to do as many questions as i can. JUST PRACTISE,PRACTISE.Hope this helps.Good Luck!!!!
