  1. Congrats Annlise:) I knew u would pass, all your hard work paided off :) P.S. (It's Sandra from Laboure. Hope all is going well 4 u:)
  2. Congrats!!!!!!!!!
  3. We passed!!!!!!!! Let me tell u this has to be the best feeling. We were so upset the past two days. No sleep, no eating. The only good thing that came out of it was that one of us actaully lost 4 pounds :) To all future test takers, you will probably come out of there feeling like you failed(From reading aLOT of posts from allnurses, this is a common feeling after taking the exam) but just keep in mind that you remember a lot more then u give yourself credit for. My friend and I both studied exclusively from Kaplan. While we didn't think Kaplan helped much, it certainly did because we both passed the first time (She had 75Q and i had 108Q). Thank you allnurses.com for all your support. We could of not gotten through the pre and post exam without you:)
  4. Thank you. Good luck to u too:) I'm just really worried b/c I stopped at like 108, and my last question was a math question:/
  5. Congrats:) I took my exam yesterday. It shut off at I think 108. My last question was a math q!
  6. My friend and I both took our N-CLEX exms on July 15th. Her exam shut off at 75 and mine shut off at about 108!!!! We studied extremely hard going into this exam and we have been studying from Kaplan since May. Right now we just need some words of advice because we are very distraught over this exam. This exam was so much more difficult then we expected. We knew it would not be easy but this was just awful. We can't eat, sleep, all we can do is think about this exam. I know my last Q was a math question:/ It was my only math question. We are so scared to look on the pearvue website tomorrow.
  7. Glamgal thank u for the good advice. Good luck on u r exam on Tuesday:) Please keep me posted
  8. Jassy, My school never exposed us to the HESi exam either. Like u we were given 3 chances to pass with a score over 750. I did not pass the first time, along with 14 other classmates. I got a 703. I was so upset but I took it again and passed!!!! 7 out of 14 had to retake it a 3rd time! that was the worst time for me and that is why now I am absolutely petrified of taking the N-CLEX now
  9. I my diagnostic I got 63% and on my readiness I got 62% but my scores have been aweful for the QTs. I've only gone to QT 4 b/c I'm really discouraged. I've gone from mid 50s to a 49% on my QT 4!!!!! One thing that I do remember was that the instructor who taught the Kaplan course said we recieved less then a 55 we should review the Kaplan book 3 times and if below 65% review 2 times. She was referring to our diagnostic and readiness exams. I mean I took the class about 5 weeks ago now and I've only read the book once. Do u guys think I should read the book again and see if my scores improve?
  10. When did you graduate? When do you test? Did you take a reivew course? What are you using to study? How often are you studying? I graduated May, 10th 2008 I test July 15th I took a Kaplan review course I am using Kaplan's Question Trainers and Q-Banks( My scores have been mainly in the 50s so I'm a little worried:/ I'm trying to answer at least 100 Qs every other day. I review the rationales for the Qs I that I got wrong, I also like to review the rationales for the Qs I got correct as well
  11. So we are pretty much in the same boat:) R u only using Kaplan? I am for now b/c I don't want to get overwhelmed with too much material:/ Good luck to u too:) Keep me posted on u r scores, I will do the same. Hopefully they improve as we go through the QTs:)
  12. I am really nervous as well. I recieved low to mid 50s on my first 3 QTs:/ But I made sure I read the rationales and understood them. I re-took the exams like 2 weeks later and got 88-89%. R u studying everyday? I try not to but then I feel guilty when I don't:/
  13. I took Kaplan about a month ago and our instructor said that we should test within 3 months. But I feel like that is too much time. I took the course a month ago. I just recieved my ATT and the earliest date available to test was in early July:/ How are your scores by the way? I got in the low to mid 50s in the first 3 Question trainers:/ I waited two weeks to retake them and I got 87-89% on them.
  14. Hi thank u for the info:) but what does BON stand for?
