  1. Tolentino Free 4 hour review and his 1:1 is the best. I failed AANP in April and I passed the second time. He will teach you what to watch out for and how the wordings are on the exam. You will literally hear his voice in the exam.
  2. Hello, I was accepted in January to the FNP program Summer 2021 as well. I have completed the FAFSA and waiting to register for classes. I will be online. Thanks
  3. I've been following this post for a while and this is what I have to add. I checked out Chamberlain Irving in June but waited to finish my prerequisites from CC which saved me about $12,000. I just started this January and it's been great so far. There are so many resources available to you to help you succeed. I think that my total tuition will be about $45,000. I have pell grants and government loans so, I don't have to take out private loans or pay out of pocket. Also, I work with Texas Health Resources and they give tuition reimbursement of $5,000 every year plus there are nursing scholarships through devry or community. My advice to anyone that wishes to attend Chamberlain is to finish all the prerequisites in Community College before transferring to Chamberlain. This will help reduce the tuition and the time. I only take two courses per 8 weeks and I will graduate by January. All the best.
  4. Im'm starting classes at Chamberlain on the 2nd of January,2017. I had transferred about 56credit hour from North lake College. I will be taking trans to nursing on campus and Ethic online.
  5. Did you apply to Chamberlain for the January 2017 Session?
  6. cacos, I'm a bit confused about the requirement for UTA. here are my questions: 1) I have taken 24 credit hours courses, this includes 12 science credit hours course. Can I apply to UTA with these courses or Do I need to take more courses? My gpa is 3.5. 2) Do I have to take Hesi exam before starting the pre nursing courses in UTA? 3) What is the cost of the tuition? Thank you.
  7. jaky_speaks. We are both in the same shoes. am applying for spring 2017. will take Hesi next year april while am taking my science courses at community college.
  8. I am in Tx too but i'm taking my prerequisites in a community college with the intent to transfer to WGU next year.
  9. I prefer online classes, though i just started taking my preq this summer but couldn't waste time driving to and fro class. I found out that, i finished all my assignments before due date and i could read and learn on my own without being in class plus am a married woman with two children, my babysitter increased her fare in the middle of summer 1......all these make me to switch to online classes and its working for me. I plan to get my BSN doing online classes.
  10. TheCommuter, the reason for the question is that, a friend laughed at me when i told her about WGU, She said that "how do you become a nurse online?" I appreciate every one who has contributed to this......
  11. featherzRN, i i'll appreciate it if the person you are talking about can give me a better information. i want to be sure that its something i want to do before i call the school. Thank you
  12. Yes, i want to know if they do clinical rotations online too. thank you for your quick responses.
  13. Thank you Noelly10,
  14. Hi everyone, please i need more information about WGU online nursing. I am currently enrolled in a community college to do some prerequisites but have not decided either to continue Nursing program in the community college or transfer to WGU? I live in Texas with my two children, and also working full time. i have always wanted a fast tract nursing program that works with my schedule. My concerns about WGU are: Is there anyone who finished from WGU and working as a nurse? Will WGU assist in getting employment? Can i take some prerequisites in WGU? How do I do the clinical? Lastly, Is the program cost efficient? Thank you.
